New miniature screenshot and a job posting

George Broussard calls for help! A job posting on Gamasutra reveals 3D Realms is in need of another level designer. But more importantly it also reveals a new look for Duke Nukem, captured yesterday in the game according to George. Duke's now more true to his DN3D roots and also sporting a gun and a pipebomb! Last but not least, we get a glimpse of outdoor environments on a sunny day.

In a thread on 3D Realms forums GB states that in additon to level designers, 3DR is also looking for gameplay and Xbox360 programmers.
