We, Penguin United, agree to supply Duke4.net with one Tested Eagle Eye PS3 converter (only tested for media promotions to ensure that it is properly working) free of charge as a forum prize for a promotion contest or giveaway on Duke4.net, if and only if Penguin United can run a promotional forum thread on Duke4.net’s official Duke Nukem Forever forums for the release of Duke Nukem Forever during its release week of June 12 - June 19 2011 and Duke which will be supplemented by a news item on the front page of Duke4.net during the same week as the promotion. We will provide the unit by shipping it either directly to Duke4.net or to the contest winner, and we will allow Duke4.net to decide which is appropriate. We also require that if they choose to ship it to Duke4.net that they notify us when they run the contest in which they will give away the fore mentioned Eagle Eye and that it be done with a reasonable amount of time (within a year from the date received). The unit must be given away as a prize to a forum user who is both unaffiliated with Penguin United and Duke4.net. Penguin United also agrees that for each $500 dollars that Penguin United makes through Duke4.net (measured by the amount of Eagles Eyes bought through our store with the Duke4.net specific coupon code), Penguin United will supply an additional Tested Eagle Eye PS3 converter as a prize for additional forum giveways/contests on Duke4.net which will follow the same shipping protocol and contest limitations as the first unit.
