WiederNoLonger3DR

In a surprising move Charlie Wiederhold announced recently, that he is leaving 3D Realms.

The announcement was made on Charlie's site in this thread Duke Nukem 3D 10th Anniversary Trivia Contest: Post Game:

[...] I'm moving on from 3DR. Unsure exactly what I'll be doing next and right now I'm just enjoying a true vacation with no time pressures and no need to do anything except play around. I took Asmo's advice to the extreme... and now have 100% time for myself. I'm kicking the dirt to see what else is out there that I'd be interested in doing once the break is over.



I will miss the team and the project very very VERY much... but it was long past due for me to move on.

I guess we all wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors and are a little concerned about what exactly is going on at the 3DR HQ.
